What a busy week! Only 3 weeks old and already on the go!!!!
We started off with Ivey's first modeling gig last Thursday. A friend of a friend of my SIL is a photographer and was needing a newborn to experiment with some new props. Luckily, Ivey was mentioned so we traveled over to Bryant, Alabama, for some beautiful pictures (go to atchleyphotography.com and click on "blog" to see a few others that Shannon took). YaYa (Becky, Kyle's mom) was sweet enough to meet us in Scottsboro and take in the day with us. Of course, we could not go to Sand Mountain for the first time without stopping to eat at The Cabbage Bowl for lunch. We met Papa Tink at the restaurant as well as meeting MawMaw Glenda for the first time there.
On Saturday, we went to our main photographers, Hudson's Photography, close to my home in Tennessee. We got some great shots even though Ivey decided to pee on Momma during the family shots! We spent the rest of the weekend with the entire family! On Sunday Ivey went to church for her first time. She was decked out in her Sunday dress and darling tights!
Among the visitors was Ivey's cousin, Garrett. He is 16 months and is just starting to say everyone's name. For some reason, though, he can't get Ivey and has been calling her FiFi from the beginning! He can't really figure her out yet but below he is giving her a kiss!
We enjoyed our first trip to MawMaw and PawPaw's so much that we were just tuckered out from all the excitement!

Oh and by the way I love that dress and those tights on that precious baby girl!
