We had almost given up all hope for snow on Wednesday. It was supposed to begin snowing about 10 in the morning but at 3 pm we were still just wet and brown. However, the night hours brought the snow and we awoke to a winter wonderland! Ivey was so excited to watch the snow fall and even more excited to go out into the snow!
While I love my warm weather and the colors of spring and summer, God makes every season beautiful!
The most anticipated snow event for Ivey was having a snowball fight. In fact, that is what she wanted to do most of the time!

No snow day would be complete without some snow cream! We had to call Mawmaw for the recipe and it was definitely the highlight of our day! We were afraid it would melt before we went inside and we were dying to eat some... so why wait? Just eat snow cream while in the snow! =)

After a warm shower and clean clothes, it is time to warm up with some hot chocolate! These kinds of days are definitely memories in the making! Thank you, God, for giving us these moments!
