Our second park was Epcot. While we thought this park would be our fastest and least eventful, we were totally proved wrong! Ivey rode her first "big" ride here - Test Trax - and absolutely loved it! Soon as we got off she squealed, "Can we do that again?!?" We have a roller coaster junkie on our hands! That makes for two happy parents, fellow coaster lovers!
Unbelieveably, we saw lots of characters including some that are hard to see at Magic Kingdom (Snow White, Auroura, and Belle in her country attire). While Ivey loved the princesses (and KayKay I think liked them a little, too), she was absolutely thrilled to meet Mickey, Goofy, and Minnie... she actually talked up a storm to them!
Uncle Stephen made sure we made a stop at CocaCola's cooling station to try sips from around the world! Ivey found it very delicious!

However, the day was far from over... Chef Mickey rounded off our night... to be continued....
